Fee Schedule for Tenant Finder Services
The fee for Queen City Property Management Tenant Finder Services is the equivalent of 1/2 of 1 months rent with no further obligation. This fee is due at the time of an executed lease.
Queen City Property Management Tenant Finder Process
- Contact us to set up a private consultation of your property.
- Queen City Property Management will prepare a document allowing us to locate prospective tenants for your property and obtain showing keys.
- Queen City Property Management will schedule and show your property.
- Upon locating a tenant, Queen City Property Management will qualify the tenant based on employment, background, and reference checks. Credit check available upon request, and $20.00 upfront fee paid by owner.
- Upon qualification of tenant, Queen City Property Management will prepare a lease for you as statutory broker.
- The lease, supporting documents, and qualified tenant will then be turned over to you as the owner for signatures.
