We have many different sized units available for the short (min. 45 days), to the long term. We offer considerable discounts tailored to your length of stay and list of items you will or will not need furnished. Units range in price from $975.00 to ultimate luxury condo units for $2400.00 per month.

Queen City Property Management pays the power bill, water/sewer, cable television, high-speed internet, and for all exterior duties (lawn, snow, etc.). This allows you to spend your time where it counts while you are here.

Relocation managers take note. Queen City will assign a fully furnished discounted rate to companies in exchange for a long-term lease. Managers are free to place tenants in and out of these units at will. Call us today for more details.
