We want your apartment to be in good repair. We take pride in the conditions of our properties and need your help in doing so. If you have any problems with your unit, do not hesitate to contact us. ALL non-emergency maintenance requests must be in writing. You can either fill the form out below, mail us your request to our office, or drop by the office and hand deliver the request or leave in our drop box outside our office. Please include the nature of the issue, the best time to have our maintenance personnel complete the work, and whether you will be home or not. If problems are left unchecked and unreported, they can be the responsibility of the tenant for repair.
