Queen City Property Management does not arbitrate between owner grievances or handle any affairs of the association. These issues need to be handled through the president of the Association and its members. Queen City Property Managements duties are only those as described above. The fee for this service is $10.00 per month per unit.
Elected Management of Your HOA
This option is if an HOA decides to hire an outside neutral president to handle all of the affairs of the Association.
Queen City Property Management becomes the statutory president of your Association.
Can only be done by majority vote as prescribed in HOA bylaws
Queen City Property Management prepares all ballots, meeting times with attendance at up to 1 meeting per month.
Queen City Property Management collects bids for work to be performed for members approval. Includes follow up with contractor for correct completion of work performed.
Queen City Property Management collects complaints and other correspondence from members' for topics at meetings.
Handles grievances for not following bylaws from members. These issues are handled confidentially and are brought up at meetings as topics with silent votes to correct if required.
